About Me
As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I work with adults who are navigating the complex challenges of substance use. My ideal client is someone who is ready or even just curious about making a change. They may be struggling with alcohol, drugs, or the emotional toll addiction takes on relationships, work, and self-worth. Whether they're in the early stages of recovery or have tried before and are seeking a new path, their goal is clear: to reclaim control, find healing, and build a life rooted in purpose and connection.
I bring both professional expertise and lived experience. Addiction has touched many corners of my life, from family and friends to personal battles that drives my compassion and strengthens my commitment to helping others. For the past three years, I’ve provided both individual and group therapy as a Substance Use and an IOP Counselor, supporting clients through every stage of recovery.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and heard. My approach is a flexible person-centered with a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're seeking structure, emotional support, relapse prevention strategies, or simply someone who truly understands, I’m here to walk alongside you. Taking the first step toward recovery can feel scary. But it’s also the beginning of something powerful. I’m here to encourage and support you as you embark on this exciting and rewarding journey. You deserve healing, hope, and a future free from the weight of addiction. Let’s take that step together.
